Delete your Buy-lo account.

What happens when you delete

• Your account access ends. Your profile, phone number, name, email, saved addresses, wishlist, search and viewing history, notification inbox and device tokens are removed from Buy-lo's account records.
• Your personal contact and delivery details and free-text notes are removed from completed transaction records. Your private Mol Bhav messages are deleted.
• Transaction records, including product lines, amounts, payment references, order numbers and statuses, remain with your app customer, contact and delivery details removed. Payment and order references can still identify a transaction in a provider's or seller's records.
• If you have an unfinished order, payment, refund or return, complete or cancel it in the app before deleting your account. The service will tell you if an outstanding transaction prevents deletion.

Some associated data is removed in a background process. The confirmation below distinguishes completed deletion from cleanup still in progress. Read the Buy-lo privacy policy for information about data processed by payment, messaging and map providers.
