Buylo Partner · Account deletion

Delete your Buylo Partner account.

You can request account deletion inside the dealer app. If you cannot sign in, contact support using the details below.

Deletion is permanent.

Outstanding transaction obligations must be resolved first. Completed financial and dispute records may remain for required recordkeeping.

Delete from the app

  1. 1. Open Buylo Partner

Sign in to your dealer account on iPhone or Android.

  2. 2. Open My Profile

Open the menu in the app header, then choose My Profile.

  3. 3. Choose Delete Account

Scroll down and select Delete Account. Read both confirmation prompts before confirming.

  4. 4. Resolve any outstanding activity

If deletion is blocked, complete or cancel outstanding transactions, refunds, returns and settlements first. Contact support if an outstanding transaction needs review.

  5. 5. Check the result

After successful deletion, the app signs you out and the deleted account can no longer be used. If an error appears, deletion has not been confirmed; retry or contact support.

What successful deletion removes

Ordinary account and store profile details, contact details, bank details, store coordinates, notification preferences and device tokens are cleared or replaced with non-personal placeholders. Listings are closed, account access is disabled, your chat messages and profile-change submissions are removed, and verification files and images uploaded for your listings are scheduled for removal. File removal can take additional time when a provider is unavailable. Unrecognized file references are queued for ownership review after the ordinary account profile is removed.

Records that may remain

An internal account reference and completed transaction, payment, invoice, settlement, dispute and related audit records may remain for reconciliation, fraud prevention and legal obligations. These records can include information needed for those purposes. Shared product catalogue material is not deleted as part of an individual account request. Backups and operational logs are not immediately rewritten. Payment providers and trading partners retain their own records under their policies.
